Treasures in Art - Class by Leisa Lewis
Treasures in Art - Class by Leisa Lewis
Course Description
I hope you will join me for this really special art project where we use memorable treasures for creativity. Being a visual person and artist means I find a lot of joy in pulling together inspiration and then having that beauty and the memories in front of me as I begin to paint.
For this class you’ll want to venture to the bottom of your jewelry box for that one special earring you kept, rummage through your junk drawer, or finally do something with that beautifully weird little piece of rusted metal you found on a great walk.
The focus will be a mix of memories and the present. Your creation will be a harmonious connection of color and something meant to stay in your life. We will be repurposing things you love and you will leave with a beautiful creation of your story.
Living with beautiful objects that pay tribute to repurposing special treasures suddenly makes the world a delightful playground.
